Heavy duty stand has a round cast base to resist tipping and can be permanently mounted on the floor using included anchors. With a 10 in. (255MM) height adjustment, it fits most working heights, and the 18 in. (460 mm) roller can be set in two positions to hold narrow workpieces or wider stock.

Nesting disks mount on standard 2-1/2 in. (65mm) infeed conveyor rollers to nest bar stock before sawing. They are a low cost alternative to bundling, tack welding or adjustable guide rollers. Each 15 in. (380 mm) diameter pair comes with one fixed disk that is aligned with the fixed vise of the saw and on that is adjustable for the desired width. Two pairs complete the system.

Manual work stops for light duty applications can easily be fitted to new and existing gravity roller conveyors. The stop travels on a rectangular tube rail which has a scale for fast, accurate positioning and lifts out of the way to prevent part backlash once sawing is underway. Rails are available 10 ft.
